Notary New York Price Page for Mobile Loan Signing

Prices for all notarial services are conducted at statutory rates, which for most services, is $ 2.00 per document.

For mobile (travel) notarial or loan signing services, additional charges apply for travel time and transportation costs, document retrieval, printing, coping, and return service.

Most non-notarial services are based on time (including traveling) and material basis at the rate of $ 50.00 per hour, with certain surcharges for assignments that are either distant, difficult to travel to (such as an airport), outside normal business hours, or last minute. We also offer a same day document Authentication and Apostle "Legalization" services for Transcripts and Diplomas, Passports, Birth and Death Certificates, Marriage Licenses and other vital documents starting at $ 130 for the first document, $ 40 for each additional document, which includes most State and County fees. Prices are higher if you require service outside of Manhattan (New York County), require Consulate or Embassy Authentication services, and/or need Passport or Visa assistances. Expedited service fees of local, state, federal, or foreign government offices are additional. If your need is less urgent, our expedited (but not same day) service can assist you with this complicated process.

We welcome your inquires about our services, and we will be glad to estimate our fees based on your requirements. For service after 7pm and before 8am, as well as weekends and holidays, you should expect to pay at least $ 100.00, and even more for late night/early morning (10pm to 8am) mobile services.

While our services are competitively priced and offered to the general public, we do cater to celebrity as well as high wealth individual and business customers whose time is at a premium. If your clients prefer to have every detail coordinated around their schedule to minimize aggravation, delays and interruptions, we are happy to diligently and efficiently help you provide the level of service your client requires. Payment is expected in advance, unless agreed to be accepted at the time service is rendered. Qualified customers may request net 30 terms. Preferred discounted pricing is available for multiple documents or repeat customers.
